Structural Design Principle of Pendulum Block for Automobile Stamping Die​

The swing block is positioned according to the fixed seat and the rotating mandrel, and is swung and reset by the swing block thimble; the working process is shown in the following figure;


Scope of use: suitable for large arc bending, swing block angle A ° to be adjusted according to the springback of the product, no fine adjustment function;

The following figure shows the situation in the free state and working state of the pendulum block. The swing angle A of the pendulum block is determined according to the product rebound. The function of R1 is to enable the pendulum block to move smoothly without affecting the movement of the pendulum block. R2 = 0.5-1mm, the main function is not to scratch the product when the pendulum swings;


Working principle: The swing block relies on the upper male fixing plate, the upper release plate is positioned, and the lower mold fine-tuning block makes the upper male swing and reset around the upper male rotating mandrel; the working process is shown in the following two figures;


Scope of application: mainly use the angle compensation of small arc bending, and the angle of the swing block can be adjusted by fine-tuning block;

The lower left figure shows the mold opening state of the swing block. The upper male is fixed by rotating the mandrel and the fixed block. The distance between the working parts of the two upper male is equal to the bending size of the product. The bottom of the upper male fixing block shall be inclined. The lower right figure shows the state when the mold is closed. The upper male rotates around the mandrel at a certain angle under the action of the fine adjustment block. Its movement is shown by the arrow.
