Standardize the assembly and processing of parts, through 3D laser auxiliary debugging, issue debugging report, synchronous technical review, to ensure the smooth operation of the mold standard.

With the help of inspection tools and CMM testing equipment, comprehensive testing is carried out against standards, CMM reports are issued, and unqualified products are prevented from flowing into the next link.

Organize customers to carry out acceptance work, provide checklists, acceptance reports and other relevant information, cooperate with customers to check indicators, and sign acceptance documents after confirmation.

After acceptance, the mold shall be protected and packaged according to the packaging standards, the shipping address shall be confirmed, and the logistics arrangement shall be coordinated to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the mold.

After the mold is delivered, arrange fitters and project engineers to attend the customer's factory to assist in completing the bus debugging, guide the customer's operation and provide after-sales technical support.
